welcome to The Garden Studio

My name is Kate, and The Garden Studio is just that: the studio at the bottom of my garden.

Back in Spring 2019 I had my garage converted into a bespoke studio space, big enough for 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 Pilates sessions.

More recently, The Garden Studio is the space where I record short videos for my students, allowing them to keep up with their practice at home.

The Garden Studio is a little sanctuary: it is somewhere to destress, stretch and explore movement in a safe and supported way. So take a deep breath and come and join me in my little patch of calm.
